Abstract

A hanging strap for garments comprising a strap a that attaches to and detaches from garments by attachment means c,d to aid the hanging and storing of garments after the removal of the hanging strap/tag originally provided in garments. Garments can then be stored easily in their original shape. Preferably the attachment means c, d are clips or magnets, and preferably the strap a is adjustable in length via an adjustor b with either two attachment means attached at either end of the strap or alternatively an adjustable strap in the form of a loop with a single attachment means (Fig 2).

Background
A problem often incurred, especially by women, is that having removed the provided tags in garments, items can not then be hung or stored, maintaining their original shape, when purchased.
