Binding-posts; couplings-A device for attaching wires or tags to a terminal comprises a flanged metal disc 8 having a number of apertures 9 that are covered or partially covered by a washer 11 of rubber secured to the underside of the disc. The washer is attached by means of an eyelet 12 which is slipped or screwed on to a terminal screw.
