Abstract

A pressure mixing chamber has 1 main inlet A and can have a number of secondary inlets B which have a ball and spring valve in chamber C so that pressurised chemicals can be added to liquid coming through inlet A. The mixed liquid can then exit via taper D.

Description

PRESSURE MIXING CHAMBER
The invention relates to mixing of chemicals in a Pressure Line Conventional machines mix large numbers of chemicals which have to be used once mixed This invention allows a number of chemicals to be used at the same time and gives you the Deedom to stop any one or more chemicals at any time without harming the properties of the chemical being used This invention provides a Mixing Chamber with a number of ports to introduce more than one chemical The Pressure Mixing Chamber should be made of Chemical Resistant Plastic or Stainless Steel A description of the invention will now be described with Reference to the accompanying
drawing in which: Figure I Shows a sliced view from the Mixing Chamber Figure 2 Shows a sliced view from the top of the Pressure Mixing Chamber
2/2 As shown in Figure 1 A is a cylindrical chamber with an opening top and bottom B shows a Port to be connected to C C shows a chamber with a ball and spring shows a tapered outlet Tom the Mixing Chamber Clean liquid enters chamber A at a set pressure the liquid will pass straight through the chamber when chemicals are needed to be added they enter via section B at a higher pressure than the liquid in chamber A so it can move the ball arid spring in section C as it comes into chamber A its at a higher pressure and will mix very easily once chemical has been stopped entering through section B the liquid in section A will continue going through the chamber and keep it clean due to the effect ofthe taper at section D
