Abstract

A trunking, containment for electrical cabling as per fig 1. manufactured from one piece of galvanised non-ferrous metal to form a rectangular box. Incorporating indents/inserts as per fig 1 so that when folded into shape maintains rigidity. Pre-pressed slots which can be knocked out where needed to allow cable exit/entry. It can be rotated to allow a largely varying degree of the incoming/outgoing component parts which go on to form an electrical installation.

Claims (6)

CLAIMS BOMBIT BOX
1. A rectangular metal box formed from one piece of metal to give excellent electrical continuity
2. A seperate lid with insertsfindents to push/pull the box into shape and maintain rigidity as well as preventing access to cabling
3. Pre-pressed slotslholes which only have to be knocked out to allow a large combination of electrical accessories/components (meters. dist. boards. neutral blocks, earth blocks, time docks incoming lateral mains, S. W. A cabling, M. I. C. C. cabling etc. ) to be wired safety and neatly through the box.
4. Pre-pressed slots designed/positioned so as to allow maximum number of uses for the box by simply turning the box around.
5. End caps with pre-pressed knockouts specifically to accomodate standard incoming cables.
6. A trunking box specifically designed to alleviate any need for cutting, drilling and jigsawing by utilising the pre-pressed knockouts/slots as per fig 1.
