Abstract

A method of transferring contact information associated with an entity involves employing a URL having a domain name which maps to a server storing said contact information and a unique identifier associated with the entity which is employed by the server to retrieve the contact information associated with the entity. The server sends a Web page including a hyperlink which allows automated entry of the contact information into the address book.
