Abstract
An electric hot water bottle comprises a one piece moulded water bottle having screw in cap closure to which screw cap is fixed a flexible electrical heating element, a thermostat, a thermometer, a rechargeable battery, a manually adjustable temperature switch, a timing switch, an on/off switch and a rechargeable battery and a recharging jack. A rubber material seal is fixed to the screw cap this acting aditionally as a heat barrier to prevent any heat from the water bottle affecting the battery. The flexible electric heating element may be embedded in plastics or silicon rubber materials and a fail sleeve may be fixed on or around the heating element. The jack may also act as an alternative power supply from the mains and a battery power level indicator may also be fitted to the screw cap. The timing switch allows the water bottle to reach a set temperature at a set time.

DESCRIPTION
ELECTRIC HOT WATERBOTTLE This invention relates to a hot waterbottle of the type made from rubber, it is then filled with hotboiling water. The water inside the bottle is then Sealed by means of a Screw in Cap-Closure this would then prevent any Leakage.
This Type of rubber hot waterbottle is usually moulded in one piece. The Bottle neck which allows the Screw in Cap-Closure to Seal the water inside is usually made from plastics materials this is often manually applied during manufacture, also machinery could be used to apply the bottle neck to the water bottle.
However Such hot water bottles Suffer that they are unable to retain heat for longer than twothree hours.
An object of this invention is to Create an electric hot waterbottle that can retain its heat for up to any length of time which is required which also includes a temperature switch this allows for the temperature of the water inside the bottle to be increased or decreased.
Accordingly this invention provides a hot waterbottle with electricity to power the electric heating element along with the thermostat, thermistor.
Preferably the waterbottle is made from rubber however a Combination of materials which are water resistant and heat Sensitive could be used the Screw in Cap-Closure which Seals the water inside would preferably be made from plastics materials A preferred embodiment of this invention will be described.
<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
The flexible heating element is fixed to the Screw in Cap Closure along with the thermistor, thermostat the flexible heating element can be alternated into any Shape, the electrical heating element Could be embedded in Silicon rubber or many other plastics materials A battery Could be fixed into the Screw in Cap Closure then Sealed into place, this would allow an electrical current to power the flexible heating element along with the thermistor, thermostat A timer, on off Switch is also fixed to the Cap this allows the waterbottle to be Switched on or off a timing mechanism Could also be fixed to the Screw in-Cap, closure allowing for the waterbottle to be at a set temperature at any given time.
A Temperature Switch is also fixed to the bottle Cap Closure this allows the flexible electrical heating element to be Set to give a Set temperature. A thermometer is fixed to the Screw in Cap, So that the temperature of the water can easily be monitored.
A rechargeable Jack is also fixed to the Screw in cap, this would allow the rechargeable battery to be recharged this would also allow the waterbottle to be powered by the mains A rubber Seal is fixed to the Screw in cap to prevent heat affecting the battery and to prevent any water leakage A battery power level indicator is fixed to the Screw in Cap Closure which is giving a battery life reading this reading indicates when a battery is Low and a recharge is required
Claims (8)
1 An electric hot waterbottle including a Flexible-heating element, a timing Switch, an on z and off Switch, a thermometer, a temperature Switch, a rechargeable Jack, a rechargeable battery, a thermostat, a thermistor also a rubber Seal which is fixed to the Screw in Cap,
Closure
2 An electric hot waterbottle as Claimed in Claim 1 were the flexible-electrical heating element can be alternately made to any Shape and Size, which is fixed to the Screw in
Cap, Closure
3 An electric hot waterbottle as claimed in Claim 1 and 2 were the timing Switch is fixed to the Screw in Cap, Closure allowing the waterbottle to be pre heated at any given time
4 An electric hot waterbottle as Claimed in Claim 1,2, and 3 were the on and off Switch is fixed to the Screw in Cap, Closure this allows the waterbottle to be switched on or off
5 An electric hot waterbottle as Claimed in Claim 1, 2, 3 and 4 were the thermometer is fixed to the Screw in Cap, Closure this indicates the temperature of the water which is increased or decreased by manually operating the temperature switch
6 An electric hot waterbottle as Claimed in any preceding Claim were the rechargeable
Jack is fixed to the Screw in Cap, Closure this allows for the rechargeable battery which is fixed into the Cap to be recharged, this rechargeable Jack also allows for a mains
Power Supply to be used as an alternative power supply
<Desc/Clms Page number 4>
7 An electric hot waterbottle as Claimed in any preceding Claim were the thermistat or a thermistor would act as a cut-out when the temperature of the water is increasing the thermistat or thermistor would automatically Cut the Power Supply to the electrical heating element this would then decrease the temperature of the water to a Set temperature were upon the thermostat or thermistor would automatically reapply an electrical current to the electrical heating element this would then increase the water temperature to a set temperature and vice versa
8 An electric hot waterbottle as Claimed in any Preceding Claims were the rubber Seal 0 which prevents any water leakage would act as a heat barrier this would prevent the heat of the hot waterbottle being distributed to the Screw in Cap Closure which in turn Could effect the battery and its power supply along with any electrical connections 9 An electric hot waterbottle as Claimed in any preceding Claims were the rechargeable battery power level indicator is fixed to the Screw in Cap Closure
