Abstract

A gazebo comprising base parts (3), an upper frame part (1) and poles (2) which, in use, screw fit into the base and frame parts. A cover (1, Figure 1) is also provided which includes windows (2, Figure 1) made from clear plastics material, where the windows are capable of being rolled up, preferably at least one side wall of the gazebo is at least partially attached to a main part of the cover so that in use, the or each side wall may be unzipped from the main part and held in an open position by tie means (4, 5, Figure 1). A lantern may also be included to provide lighting in the gazebo.

ALL WEATHER GAZEBO The Backqround :The purpose of a Gazebo is to sit under it rather like a tent for the garden, to be used whilst entertaining friends and familes for Bar-B-Ques and Parties.
Explaining Problems With Old Product :-.
My invention gives choice of design and colour-old style Gazebos only come in Green and White striped plastic. The old style Gazebo gives hardly any protection from rain and doesn't assemle/dismantal quicker or easily.
What My Invention Does :The Gazebo I have designed protects people from bad weather and saves time in assembling. Also offers a wider choice from other Gazebos currently on the market with regards to fabric and colour.
The Features :This product comes with a strong metal frame and assembles easily/poles screw into base and top frame. Can be stored in a garage or shed-like a parasal.
Hard wearing tent fabric/rain proof.
Each side has a zip for rain/air flow-Hold Backs/Ties on each side.
Windows on each side for light.
Lantern inside/tall glass/for a tealight candel-gives light.
Comes in Dark Green/Burgandy and the popular new Silver.

Claims (4)

  1. CLAIMS 1. A All Weather Gazebo is in tent fabric for all weather types-will be hard wearing. Plastic see through windows that roll down for cooling. Zips up and down again for coolinglheat. Tie backs again for the same purpose.
  2. 2. A All Weather Gazebo has 4 hollow metal poles that screw EASILY into position/thus saving time/quickness. A top base to screw into and 4 heavy feet that poles screw into for stability. A centre lantern for light.
  3. 3. A All Weather Gazebo as claimed in any proceeding claim which is made from tent fabric, plastic and metal.
  4. 4. A All Weather Gazebo as described and illustrated in the drawings/description sheets.
