Abstract
A multi-step threading tool chaser 1 comprising two non-continuous thread cutting units (11, 12, 13). The tapered cutting units are frustro-conically shaped, and the diameter of the flat piece 14 increases from cutting unit 11 to 12 to 13. Each cutting unit may have a drain groove 15, by which iron dust may be drained. The thread cutting tap is more durable.

The invention relates to a multistep threading tool chaser, more particularly to a multistep threading tool chaser which easy for thread cutting and increased indurability, as well as raise the quality of a thread of a nut and increased in productivity.
2. Description of the Related Art
The conventional threading tool chaser 2 for the inner thread of nut shaping, as shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2, consists of a thread cutting unit 21, and a drain groove 22 which next the thread cutting unit 21. The thread cutting unit 21 needs to be widened backward gradually and become tapper, which would advantage the thread cutting to nominal dimension. If the thread tool chaser don't break off, as a result of the thread tool chaser must conquer great resitstance bring to the durability of the thread tool chaser is very easy to be reduced. As a whole, as a result of the conventional threading tool chaser 2 can't conquer cutting resistance which brings to decreased the productivity and increased in cost of production.
(2) Duing to to the thread cutting unit 21 needs to be widened backward gradually and become tapper, Which brings about at the ends of the thread cutting unit 21 become the nominal dimension of inner thread. Owing to the nominal dimension of inner thread not to be amended which leads to the inner thread hasn't enough strength. For reasons already stated, the inner thread is very easy to deform and decreased the power of union when the inner thread is screwed with the outer thread. On the other hand, It is difficult for the outer thread to reversed backward from the inner thread. Hence, Owing to

the outer thread not to be amended which have an effect on quality of nut.
Therefore, in order to improve the above - mentioned defects of the conventional device, to create a more efficient thread tool chaser, and to help solve the common problems for the industrial field, this inventor with many years of experience in this field has actively and constantly performed experiments and overcome many difficulties, thus able to provide improved multistep threading tool chaser.
Brief Summary of the Invention
Therefore, the main objective of the present invention is to provide a multistep threading tool chaser which easy for thread cutting and increasing durability, as well as raise the quality of a thread of a nut and increasing in productivity.

Detailed Description of the Invention
First of all, Referrig to Figures 1, and 2 and 3, the preferred embodiment of a multistep threading tool chaser 1 of the present invention comprises a series of thread cutting unit 11,12
and 13. The above-mentioned thread cutting unit 11, 12 and 13 haven'tcontiual each other and each front end of diameter are all one. Owing to a series of thread cutting unit 11,12 and 13 all to be widened backward gradually, As a result of the separate guideangel a, ss, r of thread cutting unit 11,12, 13 are all widened backward gradually (a < ss < 'y). While the preferred emvodiment of a multistep threading tool chaser 1 of the present invention uses in inner thread cutting, for example three - step threading tool chaser. while carry into effect inner thread cutting of M8P1-25 (bore diameter is 8mm and pitch is 1. 25mm), bore diameter of nut is 6. 8mm, outer diameter of threading tool chaser is 8mm, amount of thread cutting is 1. 2mm, amount of thread cutting separately is 35%, 35%, 30%.
Hence, the first-step thread cutting is 7. 3mm, second-step thread cutting is 7. 7mm, third-step thread cutting is 8. Omm.
For example, while make the above-mentioned thread of bore diameter is 8mm and pitch is 1. 25mm, which carry on two step thread cutting, the amout of thread cutting separately are 55% and 45%, hence first-step thread cutting is 7.5mm, second-step thread cutting is 8. 0mm.

At the same time, the multistep threading tool chaser 1 is not easy to break off. hence, increased in conductivity of nut and reduced the cost of production.

- CLAIM: 1. A multistep threading tool chaser, comprising two don't continual thread cutting units, the guideangel of each step thread cutting unit is widened backward gradually, and the end of each step thread cutting unit has a straightway, by means of the straightway caused the diameter of each step thread cutting unit is widened backward gradually.
