STRUCTURE FOR CONNECTING UPPER SECTION OF A HANGING TYPE CURTAIN
WITH AN UPPER BEAM
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is related to a structure for connecting upper sect ion of a hanging type curtain with an upper beam. The upper section of the curtain is connected with inner and outer pul ley seats which are interlaced with each other and movably fitted with the upper beam. The curtains can be easily and quickly side by side collected to minimize occupied room. Different curtains can be
replaceably engaged in the engaging grooves of bottom faces of the & & j, tD lm inner and outer pulley seats to vary the use of the curtains.
Fig. 1 shows a conventional fabric curtain structure including an upper beam 10 and several fabric curtains 20. The upper beam 10 is an elongated bar. A hook/loop tape 11 is attached to one side of the upper beam 10. The fabric curtain 20 is rectangular sheet.
Another hook/loop tape 21 is attached to upper end of the fabric curtain 20. A lower bar 22 with a width equal to that of the fabric curtain 20 is connected with lower end of the fabric curtain 2 (J, Two sealing caps 23 are fitted with two ends of the lo\\cr bar 22.
When assembled, the hook/loop tape 21 of the fabric curtain 20 is attached to the hook/loop tape 11 of the upper beam 10. By means of the lower bar 22 connected with the lower end of the fabric curtain 20, the fabric curtain 20 suspends from the upper beam 10.
<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
The above conventional curtain has some shortcomings as follows :
1. The fabric curtain 20 is assembled with the upper beam 10 in such a manner that the hook/loop tape 21 of upper end of the fabric curtain 20 is directly attached to the hook/loop tape 11 of one side of the upper beam 10. When not used, the fabric curtain must be taken off and stored in another place.
This is inconvenient to a user.
2. The fabric curtain 20 is assembled with the upper beam 10 in such a manner that the hook/loop tape 21 of upper end of the fabric curtain 20 is directly attached to the hook/loop tape 11 of one side of the upper beam 10. The fabric curtain
20 is not replaceable with other different curtain.
3. The fabric curtain 20 is fixed at the upper beam 10 and cannot be pushed to one side and collected.
