Description

<Desc/Clms Page number 1> IMPROVED GARDEN PIPE FASTENER The invention relates to an improved structure for pipe fasteners. A positioning stake equips a stopper panel, which associates two straight panels to constrain two disks and to form a fixture cavity between a stopper panel and the disks. Thus, gardening pipes are fixed inside the cavity to avoid loosing. Under the condition of constant volume, the effect of the invention for a gardening pipe fastener is achieved.
The invention is a kind of gardening pipe fastener, which is used in agricultural or gardening purpose when the spot of water spray is far away from the location of a faucet and a long water pipe is needed.
Fig. I and 2 show a gardening pipe fastener known in the prior product. The structure of pipe fastener 6 mainly comprises of a positioning stake 1 used for mud ground, identical symmetrical upper disk 31 and lower disk 32 on positioning stake 1, and a cylinder cork 4 on the top of positioning stake I to fix the disks. The lateral side of a pipe fastener 6 is empty and pipes are not effectively constrained, thus after a certain period of time pipes easily fall and the expected fixture function is not achievable as shown in Fig. 1A.
As shown in Fig. 2, some manufacturers combine two sets of pipe fasteners as an integral pipe fastener 7 and shorten the diameter of upper disk 33 to form a pipe fixture concave groove 34 for pipe 5 fixture. However, due to the design structure of pipe fastener 7, there are many disadvantages of the fastener. For example, for two sets of pipe fasteners, the function of pipe fixture is achievable, however, the area of the fastener is twice of the area for a single set of pipe fastener as shown in Fig 2A. Both the space and the manufacturing cost for the integral fastener are increased.
<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
Based on the above various practical defects of the prior art, the inventor has positively researched product improvement with various experiments and revisions and eventually has developed the invention, an improved structure of pipe joint filter which can not only get rid of the defects in the prior art product but also can enhance the effect of practical application for the product, The main objective of the invention is to provide an improved structure for a pipe fastener. The pipe fastener of the invention mainly comprises of a positioning stake used for mud ground, a stopper panel on the stake, identical and symmetrical disks on the stopper panel, and a cylinder cork on the top of the stake to fix the stopper panel and disks to the stake. It equips an extruded clip at the top. The identical upper disk and lower disk are face to face and are symmetrically joined on the stake to form a ring of semi-circular cavity. A cylinder cork can be inserted from the top of the stake to firmly fix the disks and stopper panel on the stake and to achieve the effect of the improved pipe fastener structure.
The secondary objective of the invention is to provide a kind of improved structure for a pipe fastener, which is not easy to loosen. The fastener equips straight panels, which are bent upward on both ends between disks and a stopper ring of a positioning stake. There is a pierced opening in the center of a stopper panel. The pierced opening in cross shape is designed to match the shape of the positioning stake. Thus, after insertion, the stopper panel is firmly fixed on the positioning stake instead of having free movement. Also, after insertion, the straight panels of the stopper panel hit the disks and a cavity is formed between the disks and the stopper panel to firmly fix the pipes inside the cavity without falling off.
The third objective of the invention is to provide a kind of improved structure for a compact pipe fastener. A stopper panel is directly inserted into a positioning stake. The panel associates two straight panels to constrain the disks and to form a cavity as the structure characteristics. Thus, a gardening pipe is fixed inside the cavity to avoid

loosening. Under the condition of constant volume, the effect of the invention for a gardening pipe fastener with low manufacture cost is achieved.
The following are brief descriptions for optimal embodiments of the invention to aid better understanding in the structural assembly and operations of the invention. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Fig. I is an isometric drawing of a first prior art pipe fastener.
Fig. 1A is a planar drawing of embodiment for first prior pipe fastener. Fig. 2 is an isometric drawing of a second prior art pipe fastener.
Fig. 2A is a planar drawing of embodiment for a second prior art pipe fastener. Fig. 3 is an isometric drawing of an embodiment for the invention.
Fig. 4 is an exploded drawing of an embodiment for the invention. Fig. 5 is a planar drawing of an embodiment for the invention.
Fig. 3 and 4 clearly identify the structure embodiments of the invention.
The pipe fastener mainly comprises of a positioning stake 1 used for mud ground, a stopper panel 2 on positioning stake 1, disks 3 on stopper panel 2, and a cylinder cork 4 on the top of positioning stake 1 to fix stopper panel 2 and disks 3 to the stake.
Positioning stake 1 is long cross sharp. It equips a stopper ring 11 on the top and an extruded clip 12 at the utmost top.
Disks 3 comprise of upper disk 3 11 and lower disk 32 1, which are face to face and are extended from one end to the other end. Identical disks 3 are symmetrically joined on positioning stake 1 to form a ring of sectional semi-circular cavity S between upper disk 311 and lower disk 321.
<Desc/Clms Page number 4>
Cylinder cork 4 is in step T shape, of which the inner ring equips a step stopper structure. After fixing disks 3 and stopper panel 2, cylinder cork 4 can be inserted from the top clip 12 to make step stopper 41 of cylinder cork 4 fully contact with stopper panel 2.
The characteristics of a pipe fastener is that there are straight panels 2 1, which are bent upward on both ends between stopper ring I I and disks 3. There is a piercing opening 22 in the center of stopper panel 2. Piercing opening 22 in cross shape is designed to match the shape of positioning stake 1. Thus, after insertion, stopper panel 2 is firmly fixed on positioning stake 1 instead of free movement. Also, after insertion, straight panels 21 of stopper panel 2 hit disks 3. There is a cavity S between disks and stopper panel 2 for the pipe fixture.
Positioning stake I equips stopper panel 2, which associates the two straight panels 21 to constrain disk 3 and to form a cavity S as the structure characteristics. Thus, a gardening pipe is fixed inside the cavity to avoid loosening. Under the condition of constant volume, the effect of the invention for a gardening pipe fastener is achieved.
The above explanation is a substantial embodiment of the invention of a gardening pipe fastener, which provides greater practical performance than products of prior art. The embodiment is described by way of exemplification and is not intended to be limiting of the true scope of the invention as claimed in the appended claims.
