In this embodiment, the pressure plate 6 and the control mechanism 7 are as same as them in the first embodiment, so they will be not described in here.
For the convenience of combination, combining some parts that are not easy to be installed on said sandwich 18 directly into a plug-in assembly A before mounting on said sandwich 18 is used for simplifying combination procedure as combination processing.
Referring to Fig. 12 to Fig. 15, cooperating to Fig. 7 to Fig. 10, the embodiment is in using.
When the shoes is not taken on, as same as it done in the first embodiment, said toggle plate 53 is raised up by said torsion-bar spring 8 to appeal V-upside down so that said pressure plate 6 is lifted out by said 1 5 toggle plate 53, meanwhile said puller 52 dose not draw said laces 3 any more, as shown in Fig. 12.
When the wearer is trying to take on the shoes, just need put the foot into the inside of the shoes through the opening as taking on a conventional shoes, use the heel of the foot to press down said pressure plate 6 until the pressure plate 6 is pressed in level, meanwhile the raised toggle plate 53 is getting to be extended downward (as shown in Fig. 13), further to draw the traction rope 54 via said puller 52 to tract said shuttle 51 moving to the backward, during the backward moving, said laces 3 are getting to be strained by the long guide slot 511 of said shuttle 52; in this embodiment, said long guide slot 511 is divided into several channels coordinating to the number of said lace holes 411 or 421 of said lace strip 41 or 42 so that said laces 3 are arranged in order to thread into coordinating channel to make the laces 3 move in parallel contraction further to reduce the inside space of the shoes to shrink the upper to the foot until said toggle plate is unfolded into a flat (as shown in Fig. 14 and Fig. 15), and the lace 3 is tied in a proper tightness to cover the foot, in this time, said latching head 611 of said plug 61 located on the bottom side of said pressure plate 6 is plugged into said clipping hole 711 of said control mechanism 7 so that the cramp 72 just latches on said catching shoulder 612 to lock said pressure plate 6 by said control mechanism 7 during the shoes is taken on and walking without lifting up or any affect to wearing, in this time said torsion-bar spring 8 is pressed to save restoring energy.
When trying to take off the shoes, the wearer just presses down said waterproof button 113 (as shown in Fig. 5) to trigger said control mechanism 7 to make the button 71 move to inward so as to bring to said cramp 72 withdrawing inward to release the locked plug 61, in this time 1 6 the foot can raise up and draw out from the opening of the shoes, meanwhile said torsion-bar spring 8 raises up said toggle plate 53 with the restoring energy to the original state to lift up said pressure plate 6, and said shuttle 51 loses the forward traction force of said traction rope 54 to resume the original state to loose the laces 3, hence under the withdrawing foot force, the upper 12 is spread out so that the lace 3 is drew out from the inside of the shoe body 1, further to tract the shuttle 51 to the original position to get the goal of loosing lace 3 automatically as taking off shoes.
Referring to Fig. 11 to Fig. 15, the another embodiment of the control mechanism of the present invention located in the bottom side of said sandwich 18 coordinating said plug 61 is comprised of a curved cramp 71 coordinating to the shape of the heel portion, a pin 72 and a control spring 73; therein said cramp 71 has a joint portion 711 at the middle for connecting to said sandwich 18 with said pin 72 and a washer 74 in pivot joint, and a sector latch end 712 for latching said plug 61, and a lug 714 at another end 713 for locating one end of a control spring 73, opposite said lug 714, another end of said control spring 73 is fastened on said sandwich 18; on the other side, coordinating to said end 713 of said cramp 7 1, the sole 11 has a through-hole 112 (referring to Fig. 2) set upon approaching the back rim to be attached with a waterproof button 113 by gluing so that the end 713 of said cramp 71 is pressed against the inside end of said waterproof button 113 under the pressure force of said control spring 73 for triggering said control mechanism.
According to the first and second embodiments, the length of the plug 61 is reduced in this embodiment for coordinating to the position of the cramp 71 located on said sandwich 18. Said plug 61 has a latching head 611 with a catching shoulder 612 at the backside so that said latching head 611 plugs into said control mechanism 7 located in said sandwich 18 1 7 and is to be locked as said pressure plate 6 is pressed down in level state, in this case, the sector latching end 712 exactly latches on said catching shoulder 612 of said latching head 611 to keep said pressure plate 6 in level state, and the laces 3 are kept in tight state, and it can be released by pressing the end 713 of the button 71 to make saidcramp 71 turn an angle round said pin 72 so that the latching end 712 slides out from the catching shoulder 612 to loose the lace as taking off the shoes.
Because said control mechanism 7 is just located in said sandwich 18 instead of setting upon a control slot 111 at the middle sole 16 and the sole 11, so it can decrease the thinness of the sole 11 for meeting the sole enhancive elastic necessary of sport shoes.
On the top surface of said sandwich 18 there is a spring 184 set upon coordinating to said pressure plate 6 for acting an upward force to the pressure plate 6 to lift up; when the wearer is trying to take off the shoes, press said waterproof button 113, simultaneously the foot may not give up the pressing force to said pressure plate 6 synchronously so that the catching head 611 of the plug 61 is locked again, so in this way, the wearer is unavoidable to press the waterproof button 113 in many times until said pressure plate 6 is released really. In this embodiment, installing the spring 184 can avoid this kind things happening, said spring 184 will act a restoring force on the heel of foot as the plug 61 is unlocked by pressing the waterproof button 113 so that the taking-off action is more accurate and efficient.
