Abstract

A garden table planter comprises an annular bowl, which fits around the shaft of a parasol. The planter may be moulded as a single component or assembled by fitting two matching half bowls around the parasol shaft. The planter may be made from recycled plastic or other appropriate material and can be used either as a pot planter containing soil, or for a floral display with water and cut flowers.

SUCH PLANTERS ARE POSSIABLY WELL KNOWN. BUT SUFFER FROM THE DISADVANTAGE OF NOT BEING ABLE TO BE USED IF THE PARASOL IS FITTED IN IT'S CORRECT PLACE, THROUGH THE CENTRE OF THE GARDEN TABLE. THE OBJECT OF THIS INVENTION IS TO PROVIDE A PLANTER WHICH CAN BE USED IN THE CENTRE OF THE GARDEN TABLE IN CON JUNCTION WITH THE PARASOL.
ACCORDINGLY, THIS INVENTION PROVIDES A MOULDED CONTAINER, IN PLASTIC (RECYCLED) OR UPVC OR ANY MATARIAL, WITH A CENTRE TUBE TO ALLOW THE PARASOL POLE TO PASS THROUGH.
THE CONTAINER COULD BE DESCRIBED AS OF A DOUGHNUT CONFIGARATION (INNER + OUTTER) CIRCLE, CUT HORIZONTALLY.

THE PLANTER COULD BE MOULDED IN ANY SHAPE, SIZE OR COLOUR AND TO ANY DEPTH IN ANY APPROATE MATARIAL.

  1. CLAIMS 1. A GARDEN TABLE PLANTER THAT CAN BE USED INCONJUCTION WITH A PARASOL.
  2. 2) A PLANTER AS IN CLAIM 1 WHICH CAN BE PLANTED WITH PLANTS IN SOIL OR FRESH FLOWERS IN WATER.
  3. 3) A PLANTER AS IN CLAIM 1 OR CLAIM 2 WHICH IS MOULDED IN RECYCLED PLASTIC, UPVC OR ANY MATARIAL, WITH A CENTRE TUBE TO ALLOW THE PARASOL POLE TO PASS THROUGH.
  4. 4) A PLANTER AS CLAIMED IN ANY PRECEDING CLAIMS OF A DOUGHNUT CONFIGARATION CUT HORIZONTALLY, (INNER + OUTER CIRCLE).
  5. 5) A PLANTER AS CLAIMED IN ANY PRECEDING CLAIMS MOULDED OR CAST IN ANY SHAPE, SIZE, COLOUR, TO ANY DEPTH OR DIA, CIRCUMFURACE IN ANY MATARIAL.
