Abstract

A portable security container comprising an enclosure (10) having an openable lid member (12); securing means (19) operable temporarily to secure said enclosure to another article or structure; at least one locking means (28) for locking said lid member in a closed position and said securing means in an operative condition; and electrically operable means (34-36) for releasing said locking means.
