Abstract

A container which is generally cylindrical and formed from two semicylindrical halves hinged at 4 and biassed closed by a pair of springs 5. Handles 3 are used to open the device which can then be used to pick up various materials which can then be transported in the closed container.

Description

2358343 PICK-UP CONTAINER A container formed in two hinged parts and
biassed to a closed condition. Projecting handles are provided which can be manually gripped to open the container against the bias.
The invention will be explained with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:
Fig. 1 is an end view with the device closed Fig. 2 is an end view with the device open Fig.3 is a bottom view Fig. 4 is a side view The container shown is generally cylindrical and formed from two semicylindrical halves hinged at 4 and biassed closed by a pair of springs 5. Handles 3 are used to open the device and it can then be used to pick up various materials which can then be transported in the closed container.
CLAIM
A container formed in two hinged parts and biassed to a closed condition with projecting handles which can be manually gripped to open the container against the bias.
