DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
With reference to Figs. I and 2, the present invention has a seat I for carrying a baby, a back pad 2 is installed at the upper portion of the seat I for supporting the head, neck and back of a baby. Two holes 10 are installed at two sides of the seat near the lower end 4 thereof, and thus, thereby, the legs of the baby may protrude out from the two legs. The back pad 2 is formed by a front back pad 20 and a rear back pad 2 1. In a preferred embodiment, the front back pad 20 and rear back pad 21 are made of cloth. The front back pad 20 is integrally connected to the rear side of the upper side of the seat 1. While one side of the rear back pad 21 is respectively connected to the lower side of the front back pad 20 so that the rear back pad 21 may fold with respect to the front back pad 20 so as to open or close. The rim of the outlook of the pads 20 and 21 are installed with a zipper 22 for closing or opening the pads 20 and 22 so as to close the clamped layer. A hat 3 is seamed to the upper end of the front bad pad 20. Wind preventing cloth 4 are formed at two sides of the front back pad 20 with a plurality of buckles 41 and at least two tying strips 42 at proper positions. After overlapping the wind preventing cloth 4 and the hat 3 to a proper small volume, the zipper is closed for closing the back pad 2 and then the zipper is opened. Thus, the hat 3 and the wind preventing cloth 4 can be taken out and then the wind preventing cloth can be expanded (as shown in Fig. 3).
Each of the two sides at the rear upper end of the seat 1 is installed with a respective back strip 5. The end portion of the back strip 5 is installed with a clamping buckle 52. A back strip nail buckle 51 is installed at the buckle 41 of the wind preventing cloth 4. A waist strip 61 is installed at the seat I near the lower portion of the front side thereof. Two ends of the waist strip 6 are installed with a first clamping buckle 61 and a second clamping buckle 62, respectively. At ZD least two third clamping buckle 63 are installed at proper positions of the waist strip 6.
As shown in Figs. 3 and 4, in using this embodiment, the waist strip surrounds the waist of the body, then the first waist strip clamping buckle 61 is buckled to the second waist strip clamping buckle 62. Then the back strip 5 wound around the shoulder so that the back strip clamping buckle 52 is buckled to the third waist strip clamping buckle 63. Now, the baby can be put on the seat 1. Then, the zipper is opened, the nail buckle 41 on the wind preventing cloth 4 is buckled to the nail buckle 5 1 of the shoulder strip and is fixed thereon so that the wind preventing cloth 4 encloses two sides of the baby, and the hat covers the head of the baby. When the present invention is not used, a reverse process is performed, the nail buckle is released from a buckling condition, and then the wind preventing cloth 4 and the hat 3 is folded into the front back pad 20 and the rear back pad 2 1. Finally, the zipper 22 is closed.
Another embodiment of the present invention is shown in Fig. 5, the clamped layer back pad 2 of the present invention is designed as a pocket. The correspondent edges of the front back pad 20 and the rear back pad 21 are seamed but only an opening 23 is remained at the upper end thereof. The aforesaid hat 3) and the wind preventing cloth 4 are seamed directly so as to be fixed to the pocket. In using, the hat 3 and the wind preventing cloth 4 are pulled directly from the opening 23 and then are expanded.
As shown in Fig. 6, another embodiment of the present invention 6 is illustrated, wherein the clamped layer back pad of the present invention is formed as a pocket. In this embodiment, a cloth 24 with an area smaller than that of one of the front back pad 20 or rear back pad 21 is seamed to the front back pad 20 at the lower, left and right sides thereof so as to be formed as a pocket with an opening at the upper edge. While the back pad is seamed with the aforesaid hat and wind preventing cloth. In using the hat 3 and the wind preventing cloth 4 are pulled out from the back pad and then are expanded. While as the wind preventing cloth 4 and the hat 3 are not used, it will be received within 10 the pocket.
As shown in Fig. 7, another embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. In this embodiment, the hat 3 and the wind preventing cloth 4 are separated as independent bodies. Then fixing elements are installed between the hat 3, the wind preventing cloth 4, and the back pad. Then fixing elements are installed between the hat, wind preventing cloth and back pads; by the fixing elements, the hat 3 and the wind preventing cloth 4 are fixed to or detached from the back pad. In the present invention, the fixing elements have the following ways. The fixing elements are formed by hook blankets 31 and 43 and buckling blanket 25. Namely, buckling blankets 25are installed at the upper side and two sides of the outer surface of the clamped layer back pad, and the lower end of the hat is installed hook blankets 31 with respect to the buckling blankets 25; so that the hook blanket 31 can stick to the buckling blanket 25 so that the hat can be buckled to the back pad. The wind preventing cloth 4 is installed with hook blankets 7 43 at positions with respect to the buckling blankets 25 of the back pad so that the hook blankets 43 of the wind preventing cloth 4 can be stick to buckling blankets 43 of the back pad so as to be fixed thereon.
As shown in Figs. 8 and 9, a further embodiment of the present invention is illustrated, wherein a second clamped layer I I can be installed at the bottom of the seat for replacing the clamped layer back pad 2 1, the second clamped layer I I is installed with zipper I I I and is installed with hat 3 and wind preventing cloth 4 therewithin. The aforesaid wind preventing cloth 4 and the hat 3 can be seamed as an integral body. The lower end of the wind preventing cloth 4 can be seamed into the second clamped layer 11. The hat 5 and the wind preventing cloth 4 are folded and then is stored in the second clamped layers 11. Then, closing the zipper I 11. When it is desired to use the hat 5. The wind preventing cloth 4 can be opened and then the hat 5 is expanded. Therefore, the wind preventing cloth 4 encloses the body of the baby, and the hat 5 covers the head of the baby.
As shown in Fig. 10, another embodiment of back pad 2 of the present invention is illustrated. Two nail buckles 26 which are engaged with one another are installed at the correspondent edges of the front back pad 20 and the rear back pad 21. When the two nail buckles 26 are buckled, the front back pad 20 and the rear back pad 21 can be buckled and then are closed. Inversely, when the nail buckles 26 are released, the front back pad 20 and the rear back pad 21 can be opened.
8 Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood that the invention is not limited to the details described thereof. Various substitutions and modifications have been suggested in the foregoing description, and others will occur to those of ordinary skill in the art. Therefore, all such substitutions and modifications are intended to be embraced within the scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
