Abstract

In an image capture system (100) having a sensor (106) with a first node (254) and a second node (267), a method of capturing image data is disclosed. The first node (254) is reset. The second node (267) is reset. An image is collected on the first node (254). The first node is then read, and a first read pixel value (V_OUT1) is provided. A second node (267) is read, and a second read pixel value (V_OUT2) is provided. An arithmetic operation is performed on the first read pixel value and the second read pixel value.
