Abstract

A beverage can 10 has a clear, flexible, expandible tube 14 through which the beverage may be consumed. The tube 14 is connected by a rigid elbow 16 and connecting tube 17 to a tube 18 within the can 10 and a free end is engaged on a knob 12 on the can 10 in an out of use position. A space 15 allows finger access to release the tube 14 from the knob 12. A push button device is provided to release the beverage through the tube 14.

Description

I will name this invention (RAJ) Beverage Can.

This invention relates to a New Abstract Unique Design of the Pressurize Beverage can containing a Push Button device Particulary Suitable for Soft drinks and Beers.

The Operation of the Beverage can is conducted by removing 14 from 12. Then pressing 25.

Each Sip will Continuously contain the Same fresh FIZZY Sensation.

This Unique Concept is"Safe"as One to merely required to extend the straw to consume the drink.

The design and the shap of this can ensures that this can be stacked one on the top of the other which is akin to the Present day Beverage Can.

Here is a Specific embodiment of the invention which will be described in figure between 1 and 9. With reference to accompanying drawing in which is numbered between 10 to 27.

Claims

CLAIMS PATENT APPLICATION NUMBER GB 9910429.1 This claim is Referring to the Drawing of the RAJ Beverage Can and claims as illustrates in figure between 1 and 9.

1. This new abstract Unique Design of the Pressurized RAJ Beverage can with a Flexible Expandable clear Plastic Tube for the Consumpton of the liquid drink for the Soft drinks and Beers this Unique Concept is Safe as One is merely required to extend the clear Plastic Flexible Expandable Tube like Straw to Consume the drink.

2. This RAJ Beverage Can as claimed in claim 1 is a Cone shaped Design inside on the Tap of the Beverage Can where the Pressure Valve is instered to release the liquid when pressed from Tap of the Beverage Can where Push button finger Size Plate Joines with rigid Elbow Shape Plastic Tube device.

3. This RAJ Beverage Can as claimed in claim 1 and claim 2 has the Design and the Shape in the Bottom of the Beverage Can which is akin to the present day Beverage can and it ensuresthis can be Stacked One on the Tap of other.

This RAJ Beverage Can as claimed in claim 1 claim 2 and claim 3 has in Perspective the Side View and the inside of the Beverage Can and it Illustrates the Operation of the Beverage Can is Conducted from the Side View of the Beverage Can where its U Shape design there is a Small Metal Knob Where it has ample Space for the fingers to remove the Flexible Expandable Plastic clear Tube like straw and this Tube is Joined with an Elbow Shape rigid Plastic Tube and this rigid Plastic Tube is Joined with a Small and straight rigid Plastic Tube This Small and Straight rigid Plastic Tube enter up in Elbow Shape rigid Plastic Tube and goes down to enter another long Plastic Tube which goes in the bottom of the Beverage Can.

5. This RAJ Beverage Can as claimed in claim 1 claim 2 claim 3 and claim 4 has the Complete Front Tap View of the Beverage can with Push Button finger Size Plate device which is when pressed down it releases the liquid drink to Consume.

6. This RAJ Beverage Can as claimed in claim 1 claim 2 claim 3 claim 4 and claim 5 has the Complete Back Tap View of the Beverage Can with Push Button finger Size Plate device which is when pressed down it releases the liquid drink to Consume.

7. This RAJ Beverage Can as claimed in claim 1 claim 2 claim 3 claim 4 claim 5 and claim 6 has the Complete Back Tap View of the Beverage Can and One Can also see the Back View of the Push Button finger Size Plate device.

8. This RAJ Beverage can as claimed in claim 1 claim 2 claim 3 claim 4 claim 5 claim 6 and claim 7 shows the complete whole Front View of the RAJ Beverage can as a finished Product of New Concept of Unique Design of the Pressurized Beverage Can.

9. This RAJ Beverage can also be used as the Same Principle as the above claim as claimed in Between 1 to 8 as a Octagan Shape.

10. This RAJ Beverge can could be constructed from Metal Aliminium or Plastic or a Combination of the Two and the latter may be the best Mechanism to ensure Maximum Consumption Desirability.
