Removing cores and eyes from and peeling fruit and vegetables.-A knife for paring, coring, slicing, and removing eyes from fruit and vegetables comprises a blade having a straight slicing-end 2 which merges into arcs 3, 4, 5 of successively decreasing radii, a bend 7 and a portion 1 for attachment to a handle. In use, the bend 7 is inserted in the seed depression of the fruit which is then revolved to start the continuous paring operation. Paring is continued at points along the arcs 3, 4, 5 corresponding to the curvature of the fruit.
