Abstract

A plug point safety guard device that holds one or more plug (s), when inserted, immovable from one or more plugpoint (s), to minimize the risk of hazard and of tampering. It has a base, safety guard and attachment fixtures. All or some of the components may be joined together, or they may all be supplied seperate. The device may be supplied for singlepoint plug points or for multiple plugpoints. The inserted plug may be partly or completely covered when the device is in place. Design may allow the point to be switched on and off whilst the device is fitted. The base may be incorporated into the plugpoint, and the guard may be incorporated into the plug. The device may also be designed to assist those with reduced physical function.
