Abstract

A busbar support connector has an insulating body and a conductive insert. The busbar is screwed to the insert, which provides support for the busbar and allows a connection to be made to the busbar via the insert.

Title: Busbar Support Connectors (FRT) Specification: 1. Busbar support connector is a special component and parts and used in the L.V. Switchboard and Motor Control Centre production.

5. For detail dimension of 250A Busbar Support Connector, please refer to the drawing CF/ST/ST03, mode] no. FRT-250.
6. For detail dimension of 630A Busbar Support Connector, please refer to the drawing CF/ST/ST04, model no. FRT-630.
7. The materials ofthe non-conductive part ofthe Busbar Support Connector make of mounded of glass reinforced polyester DMC with high arc resistance and reduced flammability.
S The material of the conductive pan for busbar connection are made of copper tube with pre-fabricated MO tape.
9. The fixing position is formed by 4 nos. of pre-fabricated M6 tape 10. The over view of the Busbar Support Connector are shown in photo NO. C-3.
11 The color of the glass reinforced polyester DMC is red 12. To fix the busbar support connector can be done by using 4 nos of M6 screws.

Claims (6)

  1. Busbar Support Connector 1. A busbar support connector comprises a conductive portion and the insulated part in a rectangular shape.
  2. 2. The 4 cylindrical tubes are used for connection to the flat copper bar and fixed by using M10 screw.
  3. 3. 4 nos of M6 tapped screws are situated in 4 corners for fixing.
  4. 4. A busbar support connector as claimed in claim 1, the body made of glass reinforced polyester DMC in red color.
  5. 5. A busbar support connector as claimed in claim 2, the 4 tubes are made of copper with M10 threads in both end.
  6. 6. A busbar support connector substantially as described herein with reference to the drawings No. CF/ST/ST02, CF/ST/ST03 and CF/ST/ ST04 and photo No C-1.
