Description
OVEN SHELF The invention relates to a lattice structured oven shelf with a similar tray
Oven shells are flat pallet tyDei construclions with rod like arrangments structured in between peripheral boundaries.
Oven baking trays are pressed steel apertures which are made specially for use in the oven.
Oven baking trays and shelfs are products that are required for everyday domestic and industrial use.
There is known a certain type of ovenshelf and tray arrangment known as the Healthy Oven
Griller shef/tray
The shelf/tray assembly consists of a shelf of a lattice type construction which has a certain e@ specified extent from side side.
In the centre of this construction there is situated an aperture into which can be coupled suspended therefrom a tray of similar structure. that is a base and r-;'- number of sides
This assembled arrangment may be used with the aid of a basai dripiing tray, which is situated at the base of the cooking enclosure the shelf/tray arrangment may be in combin with a number of accessory pallets and sheves of different maesurments or dimensions.
The fine or large latice arrangment is for the purpose of expelling @@@@ and bood residue from within the interior of meatis, and also for the purpose of achieving a more thorough and complete finish to foods that this finish may be required of
This method of cooking gives the user the advantages of:
1 A decrease in energy consum@ 2 Improved gene in @ 3 Better ener@@ @ s@ Figure 1 : Shelf and tray assembled within cooking enclosure
Figure 2 : Shelf and tray showing rods and @@ngs Figure 3 : Pian view of shelf
Figure 4 : Further views.
Refering to the drawillg the baking shelf is comprised of a shelf (1) of a certain or specified extent from side to side. which contains an aperture (5) therein, Which accomodates and suspends at various heights within a cocking enclosure, a tray (2) of similar structure.
In order for the tray (2) to be suspended inside of the aperture (5) there are a series of bungs (stoppers) (3) which are set within the structure in a horizontal planecountersunk within the surface of the shelf (1). The bungs four or more maybe attached to metal rods(6) bent to the convenient shape, the rods may accomodate two or more bungs (3) collectively.
The (bent) rods (6) and the bungs (3) act as a stopper mechanism for the tray (2) allowing the trav (2) to sit within the shelf (1) surface.
The entire surface of the shelf (1) is slightly recessed so as to enable the shelf (1) to be able to accomodate a similar configured and structured shelf (1a) to be fitted for finer product applications likewise the tray may be fitted with pallets of a solid (2a)or of a fine lattice (2b type if desired.
It is preferable to have this whole construction coated with a hardearing silicon based application for the purposes and benefits of nonstick ability.
Claims (1)
- CLAIMS 1: A shelf of lattice structure of a certain or specified extent from side to side which contains an aperture, incorporating rods and bungs, which accomodate a tray of similar structure 2 : A shelf of lattice structure of accrtain or specified extent from side to side as claimed in claim l,:where the shelf has attached to it by means of fusion shaped or bent rods and bungs allowing tray to sit within surface 3: A shelf of lattice structure of a certain or specified extent from side to side as claimed in claim(s) I and 2 where the aperture couples with a tray of similar structure 4: A shelf of lattice structure of a certain or specife(i extent from side to side as claimed in claims 1,2 and 3..where along one length of the shelf the edge is upturned to form a boundary against which nothing can pass.5: A shelf of lattice structure of a certain or specified extent from side to side as claimed in all previous claims where the entire surface is recessed to enable the shelf to accept comfortably a similar shelf of different measurements or dimensions.6: A shelf of lattice structure of a certain @ specified extent from side to side as claimed in claim (5) where the tray of similar structure may accept additional platters of solid or lattice construction.7: A shelf of lattice structure of a certain or specified extent from side to side where the entire may be coated in a hardwearing silicon bsed type solution for the addcd benefit of nonstick ability.Amendments to the claims have been filed as folows CLATMS I: A shelf of lattice structure which contains an aperture, which incorporates rods and bungs which accomodates a tray of similar structure.2 : A shelf of lattice structure as claimed in claim l,:where the shelf has attached to it by means of elision shaped or bent rods and bungs.allowing tray to sit within surface 3 A shelf of lattice structure as claimed in claim(s) 1 and 2, where the aperture couples with a tray of similar structure.4: A shelf of lattice structure as claimed in claims 1,2 and 3..where along one length of the shelf the edge is upturned to form a boundary against which nothing can pass. j: A shelf of lattice structure as claimed in all previous claims where the entire surface is recessed to enable the shelf to accept comfortably a similar shelf of different measurments or dimensions.6: A shelf of lattice structure as claimed in claim (5) where the tray of similar structure may accept additional platters of solid or lattice construction.7: A shelf of lattice structure where the entire may be coated in a hardwearing silicon based type solution for the added benefit of nonstick ability.
