Abstract

A rinse-off skin cleansing composition which includes at least one UV-screening agents, at least one surfactant and at least one skin-substantive emollient. The composition is used to cleanse the skin while forming a water-resistant protective barrier on the skin and is more resistant to rinse-off and rub-off. It is particularly suited to the delivery of UVA protection throughout the year.
