Description Upper shaft made with 100% Aluminium Alloy one piece yoke and tube alloy type AA6351 ( LM5) UK. formed by cold Forging ( Impact forward and backward Extrusion) or forward Extrusion only, see specification drawing.
Description of the Drawings.
Fig 1 one yoke column.
5 Tube, 2 outer die case. 3 inside of tube, 4 Alu slug bar, 5 punch, 6 yoke no 1, 7 Alu flow.
5 is compressed from point 8 to point 9 filling 1 and 6 with 4.
Fig 2 end view (see fig 1 10) First design inside of tube 3.
Fig 3 end view (see fig I 10) Second design inside of tube 3.
Fig 4 two yoke column.
II yoke nO 2, 5 is compressed from point 8 to pint 9 filling 1,3,6 and 11 with 4, 5 shaping 11.

    I. One piece Automobile upper shaft Steering column yoke and tube.
  2. 2. Made using 100% Aluminium Alloy.
  3. 3. Die shape and slug.
  4. 4. Die design (see drawing).
  5. 5. cse of alloy AA6351(LM 5 UK) or ecuivalent @lloy fcr the said part.
    5. Use of Alloy AA6351 (LM5) UK. for the said part. or Equivalent alloy.
