Abstract

The invention relates to a power supply system, comprising a plurality of separate switched-mode power supplies (34) fed from a common voltage source. The switched-mode power supplies comprise a transformer (10), through which power is transferred from a primary circuit to a secondary circuit, and a control circuit (13) known per se, which controls a switch (SW) of the primary circuit and by means of which the mutual length of the ON and OFF periods of the switch is adjusted, which control circuit is positioned in the secondary circuit of a switched-mode power supply. In order to provide a system as simple as possible, without the drawbacks caused by feedback, the system comprises for several switched-mode power supplies (34) a common auxiliary voltage source (33), serving as a common starting power supply for said switched-mode power supplies, whereby in said switched-mode power supplies an auxiliary voltage (Uap) to be obtained from said common auxiliary voltage source (33) is operatively connected to form the starting voltage of the control circuit (13). <IMAGE>
