Abstract

Hallucinogenic Mixtures, eg Cannabis, or Cannabis Resin, a plant foreign to Great Britain, an Annul Plant (Cannabis sativa) of the Urticaceae family cultivated in most temperate countries for its fibres produced in the outer layer of its stem (1 - 4.5m/3 - 15ft high) and used in ropes, twines and, occasionally in a type of linen or lace. The part of this plant eg dried leaves or resin form a Hallucinogen, which may be smoked, made into a drink, or be eaten, it is a type of a drug not unlike, spirits or tobacco, causing loss of inhibition, giggling and talking, like drink today in excessive amounts it can result in distortion of perception of space and time and impairment of judgement and memory. Long term effects have yet to be fully studied, it does create a psychological effect similar to that of a compulsive smoker or drinker who abuse such substances like tobacco or spirits.

Hallucinogen Genus Mixture's The invention relates to; Hallucinogen Genus Mixture's Hallucinogen Genu's Mixtures comprise of dried leaves, leaves or resin from an annual plant (Cannabis sativa) which form a hallucinogen which may be smoked, made into a drink or eaten.
The plant is ofthe Urticaceae family cultivated in most temperate countries.
Hallucinogen Genu's Mixtures as a hallucinogen, extracted and by its genu's, in compressed or block form, resin, seed, or oil form, is termed, Chang, in (India), dogga, in (South Africa), kniff; in (North Afiica), hashish, in (Arabia), and pot, grass or maraguana in the Western hemisphere it is also known by names, cannabis or cannabis resin.
Hallucinogen Genus Mixtures, is also termed H, or henequen, (obtained from leaves of Agave rigida, and other species native to Yucatan and cultivated in many tropical countries)

  1. Claims 1. Hallucinogen Genu's Mixtures, is a produce extracted from plants forigen to Great Bran.
  2. 2. Hallucinogen Genus Mixtures, is a produce from plant life forigen to Great Britian, that can be smoked, is drinkable and can be eaten.

Hallucinogen Genu's Mixtures, is the produce that can be extracted from plant life foreign to Great Britian, but plants although foreign to Great Britian are capable of being cultivated in the soil of Great Britian, thereby making it possible to produce such plants for the extraction ofthe product, Hallucinogen Genus Mixtures, in, condenced, compact or block form, seed oil or resin forim

Hallucinogen Genus Mixture's, is a product, produced from the genus of the annual plant (Cannabis stava) to form a hallucinogen which may be smoked, made into a drink, or eaten, the plant is of the Urticaceae family.In countries outwith Great Britian the hallucinogen genus mixture as a produce or product, is termed dogga, Chang, kif, hashish, pot, grass, or maraguana, in the Western hemesphere its termed cannabis or cannabis resin.

Hallucinogen Genus Mixtures, as described above, in claim (4) is under the name hallucinogen mixtures, an inventive step to introduce the product into Great Britian and to be produced and supplied as an additive to tobaco manufacturer's, cigarette or cigar companies, whether the tobacco be herbal or otherwise and thereby to produce, by the additive, hallucinogen genus mixtures, a product from such industria, tobacco, cigeretts or cigars herbal or otherwise, a flavour, taste and aroma, enhancing smoking habbits, by the introduction into such products halluciogen genus mixtures, in Condensed, compact, block, resin or seed and oil form sufficent in quantity to meet the demand of strength, aroma, flavour and taste that will meet consumer's need's.
  6. 6. Claim(S) is applicable in all manner and form in respect to Hallucinogen genu's mixtures as an inventive step to the use of the same as an additive to food-stuff and manufacture of food produce, food products and manufactures of the same in food industria.
  7. 7. Claim (7) is equally applicable to all beverages, liquids, and where drinkable produce is concerned, where the use of hallucinogen genus mixtures, as an inventive step, can enhance by its use as an additive, claim (5) and (6) are equally applicable to claim (7).

Hallucinogen Genus Mixture is a product known outwith Great Britian by other terms or nams shown in claim (4), the inventive step of the hallucinogen Genus Mixture, as a product, whereby its use as an additive to industria concerned in and with the smoking drinking and eating, habits of the nation by adding a halluciogen that is capable of enhancing the smoking drinking and eating habits of the populous either by taste, aroma sent or smelt, depending on strength texture and quality pluss quantity required by the consumer.
  9. 9. Halluciogen Genu's Mixtures comprise of the genus of plants already named, capable of providing in the form of a halluciogen a mixture in compressed, condensed, seed, oil, and resin form.

Halluciogen Genus Mixture's, related to in Claim (9) is not a produce or product of Great Britian, it is an inventive step relating to a produce, that pending Government sanction or Legeslation favourable to allowing the product to be cultivated in Great Britian, or to be imported from such countries where it is a product cultivated and produced for purposess of smoking, eating, or drinking, should the produce or product be allowed to be imported by Government Legeslation favourable to import, then and only then will the inventive step be able to be proceeded with, enabling the product to be produced as Halluciogen Genus Mixture, and additive to be known as such, and available as such to the tobacco, food and drinks industries, by way of an inventive step patent holder the product will also have pharmasuitical purposes by way of holde.
  11. 11. Hallucinogen Genus Mixtures, as a product not of Great Britian is the inventive step and idea of the inventor who has traveled beyond the shores of Great Britian. During such travels having become aware of the properties that comprise the product and although termed and known by other name's abroad and forigen to Great Britian, other than Hallucinogen Genus Mixture, the inventive step for its production in Great Britian, is to secure the, monopoly on such substances and product by all known names, when pending legeslation it becomes a consumer item to me made available for smoking, eating or drinking both.
