Abstract

The charger has a clamp 12 to retain a piece 20 of solid fragrant agent which sends out a pleasing smell through a slit 11 in the charger casing 10. When used in an automobile, the heat evolved therefrom will increase the evaporation of the fragrant agent 20 thus refreshing the driver and enhancing driving safety. A light bulb 14 controlled by a switch 15 is additionally included so that the charger call also be used as a light source. <IMAGE>

Description

TITLE: A CHARGER FOR MOBILE TELEPHONE BATTERIES This invention relates to a charger for mobile telephone batteries.
It has been found that the conventional charger for mobile telephone batteries is simply an electrical device for charging batteries and has no other functions.
Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a charger for mobile telephone batteries which may refresh the driver and provide additional illuminating means.
It is the primary object of the present invention to provide a charger for mobile telephone batteries which can keep a piece of solid fragrant agent therein.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a charger for mobile telephone batteries which can be used as a light.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a charger for mobile telephone batteries which is simple in construction.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a charger for mobile telephone batteries which is economic to produce.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide a charger for mobile telephone batteries which is fit for practical use.
The other objects and merits and a fuller understanding of the present invention will be obtained by those having ordinary skill in the art when the following detailed description is read in conjunction with the accompanying drawings wherein like numerals refer to like or similar part.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the present invention; and FIG. 2 is partially sectional view of the present For the purpose of promoting an understanding of the principles of the invention, reference will now be made to embodiment illustrated in the drawings. Specific language will be used to describe same. It will, nevertheless, be understood that no limitation of the scope of the invention is thereby intended, such alternations and further modifications in the illustrated device, and such further applications of the principles of the invention as illustrated herein being contemplated as would normally occur to one skilled in the art to which the invention relates.
With reference to the drawings and in particular to FIG. 1 thereof, the charger for mobile telephone batteries according to the present invention comprises a casing 10 in which there is mounted a resilient clamp 12. The resilient clamp 12 is formed with a recess 121 at the free end so that a piece of solid fragrant agent can be firmly kept in place by the resilient clamp 12. The casing 10 is formed at end with a slit 11 against the resilient clamp 12 thereby enabling the solid fragrant agent to send out pleasing smell through the slit 11 of the casing 10.
Further, the casing 10 is formed with a cavity 18 at another end in which is fitted a socket (not shown). A light bulb 14 is engaged with the socket. A switch 15 is mounted on the top of the casing 10 and electrically connected with the socket and an electrical plug (not shown). The socket, the electrical plug and the connection therebetween are well known in the art and are not considered a part of the invention. The cavity 18 is closed with a transparent cover 13.
In addition, when the charger is used in an automobile, the heat evolved therefrom will increase the evaporation of the solid fragrant agent 20 thus refreshing the driver and enhancing driving safety.
The invention is naturally not limited in any sense to the particular features specified in the forgoing or to the details of the particular embodiment which has been chosen in order to illustrate the invention.
Consideration can be given to all kinds of variants of the particular embodiment which has been described by way of example and of its constituent elements without thereby departing from the scope of the invention. This invention accordingly includes all the means constituting technical equivalents of the means described as well as their combinations.
