Abstract

A dispense member 1 of a dispensing system for dispensing flowable material such as a liquid from a container such as an IBC 3, comprises integral means 4 for securing the member to a further part 5 of the system whereof to provide a unitary dispensing system 2. The means 4 may be in the form of a socket having a surface of fusible material and it has a spiral passage in which is mounted a heating element such as a copper wire which can fuse the material of the socket for joining it with member 17. <IMAGE>
