Abstract

A golf game is housed in a building (12) providing a covered environment. Located about the periphery of the inside of the building (12) are a plurality of bays (14) each of which defines a golf range. Each golf range includes a striking position (1-9), a target (16) forward of the striking position (1-9) to be struck by a golf ball played substantially correctly from the striking position, and lateral covering (17) about the target (16) for stopping balls played wide. The target may be on a putting surface or alternatively, in the centre of the building (12) are a plurality of putting surfaces (1a-4a, 6a, 7a, 9a), one associated with each golf range which is not provided with a putting surface. <IMAGE>
