Abstract

Firstly, the frame 3 which is adhered to both wall and ceiling by first removing the backing to reveal self adhesive tape on the ceiling edge 8. Then folding up the lower flap 11 and removing backing to reveal the self adhesive tape 9 and securing the lower flap 11 to the wall. Secondly, the cove face and corners 7 are then clipped into frame 3 using the fixing points 1, 2, 5, 6. The cove face 7 is fixed in one piece and joins to the pre-formed internal and external corners which are recessed at the join. <IMAGE>

Ceiling coving is much used in the decoration of houses, offices, etc. The coving is erected in various lengths and depending on the material used to construct the coving, achered to ceiling and wail. joints in coving corners and gaps in the wall and ceilings are later filled using appropriate i@ller.

in order to fit frame into place, the self adhesive strip 8 is peeied back and the frame 3 is pressed to the wall and then ap to the ceiling. The lower flap 11 is binged upwards and the se@@ adhesive strip 9 is peeled back and the lower flap 11 is pressed firmly to the wall. Claims

1 Clip on coving comprising of a self adhesive light weight plastic frame of varying lengths and widths with speaker wire etc, fastening points. Means of fixing both internal and external corners and coving face to frame. Means of fixing to frame long flexible lengths of coving face varying styles and widths, overlapping corners onto recess.

2 Clip on coving as claimed in claim 1 wherein adbesion.

3 Cilp on coving as claimed as in claims 1 and 2 wherein adhesion, means are provided on the reverse side of the lower flap (wall face) by way of doubie sided tape or similar to be adhered once upper frame is fixed in place.

4 Clip on coving as claimed in claim 1 wherein fastening straps, means are provinded by way of snap on straps for the parpose of concealing speaker wire etc.

5 Clip on coving as claimed in claim 1 wherein fixing. means are provided on face of frame py way of female coup@ing the @e@gth of the @rame top and pottom.
