Description

WINDOW AND DOOR EXTERNAL FLASHING INDICATOR This invention relates to an external flashing indicator for windows and doors.
Various types of security systems exist for windows and doors.
This flashing indicator is boilt into a window or door, and indicates the use of a security system within the building or property.
This device is wire free and powered by batteries which have minimum operational life of 12 months. The device incorporates a flashing L.E.D. which is mounted into the external frame of the window or door.
The device has 24 hours flashing capacity.
The detail drawings attached shows the application of the device within a PVCu window, however timber and metal windows and doors can be adequately addressed.

Claims (1)

  1. CLAIMS This device is powered by its own battery source which allows constant flashing for a minimum of 12 months.
    The device makes clear by its regular flashing that a perimeter or internal security device is installed, or is likely to be installed.
    The device allows each window and door within a property to signal a warning.
