Abstract

The applicator is light, easy and clean to use and can be changed from colour to colour in seconds. It has a very neat and even pattern. After use it can be washed out in warm soapy water and be in perfect condition for further use later. The applicator comprises a handle 12 and base 14. Secured to the base is a layer of hard non-absorbent material 15, a layer of cushioning material 16, and a layer of pliable material which is semi-porous and is stitched in a series of folds to produce a regular pattern. <IMAGE>

TRANS - COLOUR APPLICATOR TECHNICAL FIELD This invention relates to wall decoration and design ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL FEATURES This invention of paint applicator gives an even pattern, which is unique because of its neatness and ability to reach awkward corners and abutt to ceilingS Useing the applicator you can change colour instantly with just a quick wipe. Claims (4)

  1. CLAIMS A paint applicator which can be used to co-ordinate any colour scheme of furnishings as shown in 4-5-6-7.
    CLAIMS 1. A paint applicator comprising a substantially rigid backing plate having a handle means provided thereon said backing plate carrying a pad means comprising a base.layer of non-absorbent material, an intermediate layer of compressible material and an outer layer of semi-porous material for receiving paint, said outer layer having an arrangement of non-uniform folds.
  2. 2. A paint applicator as claimed in claim 1 wherein said base, intermediate and outer layers and the backing plate are bonded together using waterproof adhesive.
  3. 3. A paint applicator as claimed in claim 1 or 2 wherein said backing plate is substantially rectangular.
  4. 4. A paint applicator substantially as herein described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
