Abstract

A drive bolt has a point 1 and a head 3 to enable the bolt to be hammered into timber. After hammering, the nut and washer 4 would be secured by tightening with a spanner. Also the bolt has a squared section 5 beneath the head to prevent rotation when tightening. <IMAGE>

Description

DISCRIPTION The Nail-Boult is designed to enable a coach bolt to driven through timber in the same manner as a nail, it consists of a coach bolt with a point at the end.

Claims (7)

1. A nail-bolt comprising of a coach bolt with an additional point
2. A nail-bolt as claimed in Claim 1 where in a point is provided at the end of a coach bolt.
3. A nail-bolt as claimed in Claim 1 or Claim 2 where in as a head for striking with a hammer.
4. A nail-bolt as claimed in Claim 1, or Claim 2 or Claim 3, where in a thread is provided for tightening the nail bolt.
5. A nail-bolt as claimed in 1 to 4, where in a nut and washer provides for tightening the nail bolt.
6. A nail-bolt as claimed in 1 to 5, where in a squared section beneath the head, to prevent rotation when tightening.
7. A nail-bolt substantially as described here in with reference to figures 1 to 5 of the accompaning drawing
