Abstract

226,610. Burndept, Ltd., Phillips, C. F., and Woodell, S. F. Sept. 25, 1923. Crystal detectors of enclosed type are supported by spring brackets 17, 18 which hold the crystal cup 14 and the ball 9 carrying the contact arm, in holes in the end caps 12, 13 so as to retain the casing 11. The brackets are bifurcated to allow the detector to be readily dismantled. A screw adjustment of the contact arm is provided.
