Abstract

The tube is of generally horned shape having an overall length of 125mm, the top of the tube being wider than the bottom and curved over for comfort. Its use is more convenient in remote places where facilities are not available or are dirty and is easier and quicker when clothes are difficult to remove. The tube is removed from a sterilized bag in which it is provided, placed between the legs with the top covering the urethra and held firmly in place at the bottom with the hand while being pointed away from the body. After use, the tube is replaced in the bag for disposal. <IMAGE>
