Abstract

New compounds -alcaline salts of 2-(2,6-dimethyl-3,5-diethoxycarbonyl-1,4-dihydropyridine-4-carboxamido) ethane sulphonic acid have general formula (I), where Met = Na, Li. A method of obtaining said compounds provides for reacting pentafluoro-phenyl ether of 2,6-dimethyl-3,5-diethoxycarbonyl-1,4-dihydroisonicotinic acid with taurine in the medium of an organic solvent in the presence of tertiary amine. As a result of reaction a mix is obtained containing the 2-(2,6-dimethyl-3,5-diethoxycarbonyl-1,4-dihydropyridine-4-carboxamido) ethane sulphonic acid. The latter is extracted and subjected to reaction with hydrate of sodium oxide or lithium hydrate in the medium of a lower alcohol. The proposed compounds may be used in the medical field as antiaggregation means for treating cardiovascular diseases.
