Flanged screw anchors. consisting of a pointed tapering threaded screw fixed to one side of a flange. To the opposite face of the flange can be fixed either another pointed tapering threaded screw, a parallel shanked threaded screw, or a bracket through which a securing strap can be passed. <IMAGE>

Description

FLANGED SCREZI ANCHORS.
This invention refers to flanged screw anchors The devices are intended to fasten objects together. The flange facilitates subsequent dismantling and also accurate alignment on assembly.
Figures 1,2, and 3, refer to variations of flanged screw anchors.
The devices consist of a tapering pdnted threaded screw fixed to one side of a flange. The shape and size of the flange and screw can vary. On the opposite face of the flange there is fixed, depending on which variant is being referred to, a tapering pointed threaded screw, or a parallel shanked threaded screw, or a bracket through which a securing strap can be passed.

Claims (3)

  1. CLAIMS.
    i) Slanged ssrew anchor consisting of a pointed tapering threaded screw fixed to one side of a flange, having a pointed tapering screw (threaded) fixed to the opposite face of the flange.
  2. 2) A flanged screw anchor as claimed in Claim i), above, but having a parallel shanked threaded screw , instead of a tapered screw, fixed to one face.
  3. 3) A flanged screw anchor as claimed in Claim i), above, but having one of the tapered screws replaced by a bracket or brackets through which a securing strap can be passed.
