Abstract

A plasmatron comprises a casing (1) with a removable head (2), both being provided with channels (4, 5) for inlet and outlet of a cooling agent and an electromagnetic valve (8) whose movable element consists of a rod (9) with as many through openings (13) as there are channels (4, 5). The rod (9) is mounted movably in the casing (1), inside which are also mounted contact plates (16, 17) connected to the coil (10) of the valve (8) and arranged so as to cooperate with a bridging conductive element (21) secured to the removable head (2).
