Description

UNIJOINTER PROFILE TOOL This invention relates to UNIJOINTER PROFILE TOOL.

Jointer profiling tools are both crude in design and in materials used. Also being both limited and tiring in application during use by professional builders.

This said invention has features to rectify the limited use above stated.

The features embodied in the invention will now be described by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: Fig 1 shows in perspective all features related to in above statement, being:- No. 1 Adustable spirit level No. 2 45 degree angle being for cross joints No. 3 Nonslip handgrip area No. 4 Cutouts for lightness of tool No. 5 Measured edge CMg. for continuous profiling Fig 2 shows No 2 feature 45 degree angle as cutaway also cutout No 4 for lightness as stated in fig 1. Fig 3 shows application of unijointer in relation to cross jointing on brickwork using featrue No. 2 as stated in fig 2. Figure 4 shows application of Unijointer in relation to continuous profiling on brickwork using feature No 5 as stated in fig 1 being measured edge.

The above invention being a Unijointer tool can be manufactured in several materials ie wood light metals, plastics or a composition of all above mentioned materials.

The dimensions of above tool are as set out below.

Length - Along both edges 22.86 cms (9 inches) - feature 5 refer fig 1 Width - Edge to edge 6.35 cms (2h inches) Thickness - 10 mms - see feature 5 fig 1. All edges 5mm radius - fig 1. Also see fig 4 Ends mitred to 45 degress see feature 2 fig 1 also fig 2.

All edges 5 mm radius inclusive of mitred angles.

Length of tool being longer than brick at any time. Tool spans 2 bricks at any given time thus continuing profiling.

1. CLAIMS.

   THE SAID INVENTION BEING A UNIJOINTER PROFILE TOOL PROVIDES AN EXTENTION TO THE PROFFESIONAL BUILDERS ARM THIS ELIMINATES BOTH BENDING AND STRETCHING WHEN JOINTING AND OR PROFILING BRICKWORK.

   THIS SERVES TO SPEED UP THE BRICKLAYING PROCESS AND AIDS QUICKER COMPLETION ALSO MAKES FOR A QUALITY FINISH THEREFORE SATISFYING ALL CRITERIA IN THE BUILDING INDUSTRY.
