Description
TITTLE: Ili\I R PAR-AI'IIERNALIA Following the improvement in living standard, people are very concern their hair style. Currently, in barber shops or beauty saloons, for grooming or hair set, hair curler is commonly used to match with chemical agent or vapor heating treatment to complete the process.
However, the process is more than complicated, since it requires to firstly let the hair be curled up, then, be subbed with chemical agent, and finally be heated by hot vapor.
In view of said disadvan-tages existed in the process that is commonly applied, a portable hair parapllernalia which provides automatic thermo control function is thus created to serve the people.
The invention relates to a structure of hair paraphernalia, and more particular a paraphernalia including automatic thermo control, and further a handbag is provided for easy carriage and suspension of the invention.
The main object of the invention is to provide a hair paraphernalia, which is mainly to make use of a thermo control to automatically control the temperature, and an overheat protection device to protect the invention against burning, so as to let the hair paraphernalia be always kept at a constant high temperature.
Another object of the invention is to provide a hair paraphernalia, wherein a handbag is provided for easy carriage and suspension of the invention, and a concealed electric wire is provided for convenience of operation.
Other objects and attainments together with a fuller understanding of the invention will become apparent and appreciated by referring to the following description and claims taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic view drawing of one set of hair paraphernalia embodying the invention.
FIG. 2 is a perspective back side view drawing of the preferred embodiment.
FIG. 3 is a fragmentary structural view drawing of thestreferred embodiment.
FIG. 4 is a fragmentary structural view drawing of the frame body.
FIG. 5 is a perspective assembly view of the frame body.
FIG. 6 is a control circuit diagram of the preferred embodiment.
FIG. 7 is a table of ingredients analysis of the grooming rod.
FIG. 8 is a schematic view drawing, illustrating the operation of the invention.

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the body 11 of the handbag 1 which is arranged for placing hair paraphernalia thereinside comprises a belt 12 at the top for convenient carriage and hanging of the handbag 1, topocets 111, 112 arranged on the back side, a hole 113 arranged at the bottom for insertion of electric wire 13 therethrough to let the electric wire 13 be arranged in the pocket 111 of the body 11. The other pocket 112 of the body 11 is provided for arrangement of comb 14, hair clips, or other hair paraphernalia.
Referring to the fragmentary structural view of the preferred embodiment as shown in FIG. 3, the handbag 1 comprises thereinside one set of grooming aids including frame body 2, hot plate 3, and grooming rod 4. At regular times, when the present invention is not in use, the hair paraphernalia are arranged in the body 11 and the cover of the handbag is closed for easy carriage and storage (as showing in FIG. 1).
Referring to the fragmentary structural drawing of the frame body as shown in FIG. 4, the frame body 2 comprises a stand 21 at the front being arranged to provide a corrugated upper portion and a corrugated lower-ortion; four retaining plates 22 each being respectively arranged at both sides with two retaining plates being located at upper position and the other two retaining plates at lower position and with a spacing being left between the upper and the lower retaining plates, a support 23 being arranged at the rear end with one side of the support 23 being arranged to provide a corrugated portion and with the other side of the support 23 being arranged to provide two downward flanged libs 231j a base 24 being arranged at the back side of the support 23 for connection with a PC board 5; another support 25 being arranged above the support 23 to provide two upward flanged ribs 251 at one side, and one or more corrugated portion at the other side for connection with the bottom cover 26 of the frame body; said bottom cover 26 is arranged in a U-shaped configuration, comprising one pair of slots 261 respectively arranged at both sides on the upper protruding portion as well as on the lower protruding portion so as to match with the downward flanged ribs 231 of the first support 23 and the upward flanged ribs 251 of the second support 25 for tenon and mortise connection.
Said bottom cover 2G is arranged to provide a hole 262 at one lateral side for insertion of electric wire.
Said hot plate 3 is arranged to provide two corrugated layers with an heater 31 being sandwiched therebetween. Said PC board 5 is connected with the heater 31 to control the heater 31 to provide a constant high temperature.
While assembling the component parts, it is to fixedly attach the PC board to the base 24 of the frame body attach two hot plates 3 together letting the heater 31 be clamped therebetween; insert the well assembled hot plates 3 into, the frame body by means of the corrugation of the hot plate 3 to match with the corrugation of the support 23 of the frame body 2, letting the bilateral edges of the hot plate 3 be arranged in the spacing between the retaining plates and be locked therebetween; finally attach the bottom cover 26 to let the hot plate 3 be fixedly attached to the frame body 2 to complete the assembly as shown in FIG. 5, thus, the grooming rods 4 can be placed in the scoop channels of the corrugated hot plate 3 respectively for heating treatment.
Referring to the thermo control circuit as shown in FIG. 6, the PC board 5 comprises a temperature control switch TEMP.S.W. and a protective fuse TEMP.FUSE, and is connected with the electric heating board H (HEATER) by means of series connection, so as to control the heater to proide a constant temperature of 80it, i.e. if temperature exceeds 80it, the temperature control switch will automatically trip out; if temperature is below .80'C, the temperature control switch will automatically switch onj by means of said arrangement, the heater is always maintained to provide a constant temperature of 80it.
Said protective fuse TEMP.FUSE is arranged to provide a self-burning property. When the temperature of the heater exceeds 1400C, the fuse will be burned out to protect the circuit automatically.
Referring to the ingredients analysis of the grooming rod as shown in FIG. 7, the grooming rod comprises 100 parts of POLYOL (79.68% by volume), 15 parts of ISONATE + D.O.P. 0.5 (11.95% by volume), 6 parts of SIRICA (4.78% by volume), 1.5 parts of COLOR
NET (1.2% by volume), 3 parts of FYHOL (2.39 by volume).
Referring to the schematic drawing of FIG. 8, illustrating the operation of the invention, the frame body 2, the hot plate 3 and the heater 31 are attached into one assembly which is then placed in the body 11 of the handbag 1. When to use the invention, connect the electric wire to power source, letting the heater 31 that is controlled by control circuit start to heat to a preset temperature, and letting the heat be conducted from the heater 31 through the hot plate 3 to the grooming rods 4, so as to let the grooming rods 4 be warmed up to a suitable hot temperature (regularly 50-60 C), thus, one can lift the cover of the handbag 1 and simply draw out the grooming rods 4 for grooming process. After use, disconnect the electric wire and let it be concealed in the pocket, and place the grooming rods 4 in the frame body 2 let them be arranged at both sides, such that the hair paraphernalia is arranged in the handbag for easy carriage and suspension.
In general, the present invention is to use a handbag for arrangement of hair paraphernalia comprising frame body, hot plate, heater, and thermo control PC board, wherein a thermo controller is provided to keep for a constant temperature; a fuse is provided to protect the invention from being burned out; a belt is provided for easy carriage and suspension of the invention; two pockets are provided for arrangement of electric wire and hairdressing accessories. According to long term experimentataion, the invention has been proved practical.
