Abstract
A wrench for use with socket and plug spanners as well as screw driver bits and other tool pieces comprises a driving head 105 and an elongate handle 111 which is at least angularly displaceable with the driving head between first and second driving positions, two ratchet wheels 103, 104 having oppositely directed driving teeth and carried in the head, each wheel including a substantially coaxial hole 113, 114 for drivingly receiving a tool piece, and a driving pawl 117 supported in the handle 111 for selective driving connection with the respective ratchet wheels upon angular displacement of the handle between first and second driving positions. Selective engagement of a respective ratchet wheel causes a drive bar 115 to rotate in one direction or a reverse direction. <IMAGE>
Description
AN IMPROVEMENT OF ONE-WAY DRYING SLEEVE
ROTARY HANDLE DEVICE Summary of the Invention
The invention relates to design that, the inner portion of ring driving head of sleeve rotary handle has two layers of driving ratchet wheels in different ratchet direction, which is coupling with the ring driving lateral face of one end having eccentric hole, and the inside of its eccentric hole has pre-stress spring and driving mortise which is forcing against one of the aforesaid two layers of ratchet, when the handle is turned at 180 (or rotated after pulled), mortise will be coupling with another-way ratchet in order to change effective wrench direction particularly.The intermediate portion of the aforesaid ratchet has polygon coupling hole which is provided for driving counter polygon bolt or nut or being penetrated by a polygon rod for driving the sleeve, and its top position also has a positioning disc for stablizing ratchet wheel to perform rotary drive. The characteristics of this structure lie in convenience and highly reliability.

Detailed Description of the Invention
In order to fit for looseness and tightness, conventional one-way driving sleeve wrench or one-way continuous wrench must install direction choice structure which is used to being made into front-set type (as shown in Appendix A), referring to such type, as setting position is close to driving head, it is found to be inconvenient for performing in a deeper machinery facility and needing to use another hand to set it. In view of the aforesaid defects, this design relates to improve it by utilizing the rotary handle to choose one-way driving structure.As shown in Figure 1, it is a solid-sectional view of this design, and Figure 2, is a sectional view of the design showing it is performed in a positive-sense assembly, Figure 3, is a sectional view of the design showing it is performed in a reversed assembly, and Figure 4, is a diagrammatic view of the structure of Figure 2 viewing from its top side.Its major structure comprises:
A ring driving head 101, its imtermediate part has a penetrating hole 102 which is provided for one-way driving ratchet wheel sets 103 and 104 being installed inside, a little interior-shrinkage sealing 105 is found on one lateral of its penetrating hole 102, which can prevent ratchet wheel sets 103 and 104 from leaving off, another lateral has an interior-concave ring groove 106 which is provided for interior retaining ring 107 being installed inside to prevent positioning disc 108 and ratchet wheel sets 103 and 104 from leaving off, the other lateral has extension-neck portion 109, and its lateral penetrating hole 110 is provided for driving handle 111 being installed inside, near the outer lateral of lateral penetrating hole 110 of extension section 109, there has a interior ring hole which is provided for the below-said spring control interior retaining ring 112 being installed inside; tee..way dxivi.zg- rL;het whe*L-set iss formed into a bilateral ratchet wheel set comprising a set of positive driving ratchet 103 having bigger rectangular hole 113 and another set of reversed ratchet wheel set 104 having smaller rectangular hole 114, and two different sections are penetrating and coupling with the rectangular handle of the aforesaid ratchet wheel rectangular hole in order to drive sleeve set; this ratchet set also can made by one-piece body molding;
The aforesaid one-way ratchet wheel also can comprise 2 sets of counter-reversed ratchet having polygon hole in their intermediate part to be riveted (or welding joint or combined by the other ways), and their polygon hole is of the same specification as that of nut in order to drive the nut directly, and this ratchet wheel also can be made by one-piece body molding;;
A driving handle 111, one lateral of its end has a breach 116 which has driving mortise key hole and it is provided for a driving mortise 117 being installed, this mortise 117 is posted on the breach 116, and one end of its lateral face having little oblique teeth is posted on ratchet 103 or 104, another end having a lateral penetrating hole is positioned into driving mortise key hole by way of cotter 118, another position-return spring 119 is forced against the aforesaid driving mortise 117, and when idle running, it keeps on forcing its driving mortise 117 into ready inclined wrench position, this packing is also cased on the aforesaid driving mortise positioning cotter 118, the round end section of handle 111 has two counter 1800 groove 120 which are provided for being installed inside of neck section 109 of driving head having a penetrating hole 121 on its lateral face, and inserting steel shot 122 and packing spring 123 having sealing 124 which are coupling with the aforesaid one of two grooves in order to prevent spring 123 and steel shot 122 from jumping outside;
Handle 111 is furtherly to form a drop difference towards performing section passing through these two grooves 120, which is provided for a spring 125 being installed inside, and to force against by the interior retaining ring 112 which is installed near the outer lateral of lateral penetrating hole 110 of the extension of ring driving head, this spring 125 also can be saved but directly to prevent handle stairway bar from leaving off by retaining ring 112.
The aforesaid structure designated can choose its driving direction by rotating the handle to 180 , which is convenient and is a simple structure designed as an effective tool, please survey this in accordance with the laws.
Claims (7)
