Abstract

A collapsible signal device having the shape of a cone is folded inwardly on the dotted lines shown in Figure 1. The tabs (1) are fitted into the slots (2), the opening (3) is pressed out and the device is joined together by the tab (4). Figure 2 shows the device partly folded together. The device may be in a reflective colour and carry an appropriate motif. The device will adhere to the metal surface of a motor vehicle by means of magnetic strips built in the base or can be attached to a window of the vehicle by a tab. <IMAGE>

Description

COLLAPSIBLE CONE VISUAL FOLDING SIGNAL DEVICE This invention relates to a Visual Folding Signsl Device.
It is a known fact that when awaiting assistance fron the AA or RAC or come to that any Breakdown Services, the Patrol Man or driver has a very difficult task to spot the vehicle in the road full of parked cars, or in a Car Park full of parked vehicles.
This device is easily folded together and will adhere to the roof or te bonnet, or in fact to any metal surface on the vehicle by the means of a Magnetic trip, also to any window on the vehicle by a Tag.
As the device is of Reflective colour with the appropriate motif sucn as (AA,RAC, or anything to cio with Breakdowns, Police, Ambulance, or even sn invalid Driver) then the vehicle is easily spotted by any petrol in the vicinity.
The devic@ or signal cone as we will call it will fold flat and take up no more space than a Road Map 7" x 12".
The signal cone can be made in thin plastic or waterproof card.
A specific embodiment of the invention will now be described by the way of example with reference to the accomping drawing in which: FIGURE 1.

Claims (1)

  1. CLAIMS A Collapsible visual folding signal device having the shape of a cone, and made from thin plastic or waterproof card, which will adhere to any metal surface of a motor vehicle by means of a magnetic strip built in the base or can be attached to a window of the vehicle by a tb and is of a reflective colour with an appropriate motif.
