Abstract

216,248. Bourne, G. B. March 13, 1923. Sticks.-A metal ring B for a ski-pole A is made of light durable metal, such as aluminium, having an inner ring 11, to which is secured a pin 12 passing through a slot in the pole. The pin 12 may be secured to the ring 11 as shown in Fig. 3, or may take the form of a bolt passing through lugs 14, as shown in Fig. 5. A ferrule 13 may be provided to strengthen the perforated part of the pole.
