Abstract

211,670. Bradford, S. C. Jan. 27, 1923. Desiccators for laboratory use. - The liquid reservoir of a desiccator is formed so as to prevent splashes of liquid from reaching the drying-compartment when the desiccator is carried from one place to another. The reservoir wall of the desiccator shown in Fig. 1 is curved inwardly and is provided with a ring which rests upon the neck of the desiccator. The usual form of desiccator having a reservoir with a straight conical wall may be provided with a funnelshaped ring which rests upon the neck of the desiccator.
