Abstract

210,373. Lamplugh, H. A. Oct. 3, 1922. Spring surfaces.- A seat comprises two or more sets of parallel bowed resilient strips 30, 31, mounted on a frame 1, and arranged one below another so that as a load is applied, it is taken up by bending the sets of strips in succession. The two end strips are preferably of slightly greater thickness than the remainder, and each strip may be provided with covering material to prevent rusting. Specification 205,151 is referred to in the Provisional Specification.
