Rolling-machines. - A machine for greasing dough-lumps comprises a casing A, containing an endless conveyer c which feeds the lumps towards a sloping board e in an adjacent casing C, a vertically adjustable rolling- board d positioned above the conveyer c, and a layer or pad of grease-saturated material situated at the bottom of the casing A, over which the lumps are rolled, by the conveyer, to the discharge end of the machine. Conveyer-tensioning screws K and brackets K<2> are secured to the casing A and the pressure board is adjusted by screws h<3> carried by brackets h'.
