Abstract

The invention provides a caddie bag support having a main pole, two legs pivotally attached at their upper ends to the main pole, and a U-shaped spring adapted to contact the ground at its lower end and attached to the legs at its upper ends so as to swing the legs out and away from the main pole when the support is rested on the ground and to return the legs to a position adjacent to the pole when the bag is lifted off the ground. <IMAGE>

Description

SPECIFICATION Golf bag stretcher This invention relates to a caddie bag stretcher, especially, relates to a caddie bag stretcher, while putting down the caddie bag, the standing legs of the stretcher will stretch automatically, and while lifting the caddie bag off the ground, the standing legs of the stretcher will recover automatically.
The exercise of golf is very well to people who doing his work the whole day in his office. This is because the golf playing yard are all very wide and are green in color. In there, people can breathe the fresh air, take exercise and relaxation. As everybody knows, the situation of the golf playing yard are different at every point, in playing the golf, people has to choose the golf club suit to the situation of the place where the golf dropped down. Therefore, in playing golf, people has to bring the caddie bag from place to place, and put down the caddie bag on the place he is playing. But if no walls or trees to support the caddie bag, the caddie bag will lay down and let the clubs slide out of the bag. To prevent this, in generally, the player always hire a boy or a woman to bring the caddie bag from place to place. This is a waste to the player.
Hence, it is an object of the present invention to provide a caddie bag stretcher, which will not only automatically stretch out and support the caddie bag stand up on the ground steadily, but also will recover automatically as the caddie bag is lifted off the ground.
According to this invention, there is provided a caddie bag stretcher, in the stretcher, there are a main pole with two legs and a U-shaped spring, the two free ends of the spring are both stopped at the legs, while the ends of the spring stretch out, which will push the standing legs stretch out, then support the caddie bag stand up on the ground. If the spring recover to make the distance between the ends of the spring smaller, then the standing legs will be pulled closertothe pole.
Because the effects of the invention shown above.
It is not necessarily for the player to hire a boy or a woman to bring the caddie bag, so will save the unnecessary waste and trouble-some. This is the another object of the invention.
The invention will now be described by way of example only with particular reference to the accompanying drawings, in which.
Figure 1 is a whole combination of the invention.
Figure 2 show the structure of the part of caddie bag supporting seat plate with standing legs and U-shaped spring. Where in, A figure is the front view and B figure is the back view.
Figure 3 is the section view of the part of standing legs and U-shaped spring.
Figure 4 are the side view of the invention in using, where in, A figure shows the condition when the stretcher standing up, B figure shows the condition when the stretcher recovered.
Referring to Figure 1, the caddie bag stretcher of the invention comprises a main pole 1, on the upper end of the main pole lisa plate 11, at the two ends of the plate 11, formed two slit holes for a belt to pass through and then, by using the belt, the upper part of the caddie bag will be fastened as shown in A figure of Figure 4. On the upper central part of the main pole 1, there is a pair of round pipe 12,13, both are toward the outside of the pole 1. Inside the each round pipe 12, 13, there is a crank arm 14, 15. The other ends of the crank arms 14, 15, are th rusted into the standing legs 14, 15, respectively. The standing legs are slightly bended, the bending points are formed near the upper ends of the standing legs.On the bending points, there fixed a pipe 311,411, respectively. The two ends of a U-shaped spring 2 are thrusted through the pipes, then, two rings 201, 202, are put onto the ends of the U-shaped spring and make the ends of the U-shaped spring stayed inside the pipe 311,411. The central and low part of the U-shaped spring is thrusted through a seat plate 21, which is fixed on the lower end of the pole 1. The seat plate 21 is formed as shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2, which includes: a horizontal plate for the caddie bag put on it and supported by it, and a vertical plate 210, on the two side ends of the vertical plate, also formed two slit holes 212, 213, which also will let a belt pass through and by using the belt to fasten the lower end of the bag. The horizontal plate 214 is formed by bending the lower section of the vertical plate forward. On the back of the vertical plate 210, there is a narrow circular plate 211, therefore, between the circular plate 211 and the vertical plate 210, there is a sector slit. The spring first thrusts through the sector slit from its buttom and then with its two free ends thrust through the pipe 311,411, on the standing legs, finally, put two rings onto the ends of the spring, the two ends of the spring then are hold inside the pipe 311,411.
Now referring to Figure 4, in using the caddie bag stretcher, while the caddie bag is brought upward and lifted the ground, the caddie bag effects no force onto the horizontal plate 214 of the seat plate 21, the central and lower part of the spring then slides down-ward automatically, the standing legs then recovers automatically and close to the pole 1, as shown in A figure of Figure 4. While the caddie bag is putting down to the ground, then the caddie bag effects a force onto the horizontal plate 214 of the seat plate 21, besides, the ground effects an upward force to the lower end of the spring. The spring then rises up and with its upper ends push the standing legs outward automatically and make the caddie bag stand up on the ground steadily. That helps people choose the golf club conveniently and solve the problem of setting the caddie bag.
The caddie bag stretcher as described above brings people with convenience and save his energy and waste of money. It is a invention with practical values.
Features of the invention are as follows: A caddie bag stretcher having a main pole, on the upper part ofthe main pole is a plate, on the central part of the main plate, there is a pair of round pipe, both are toware the sides of the pole. In each round pipe, is a crank arm. The other ends of the crank arms are thrust into the standing legs respectively, on a upper part of each standing leg, fixed a pipe. At the lower end ofthe pole, there is a seat plate, a U-shaped spring is put first through the slit formed at the back of the seat plate and then with its ends stoped at the pipes on the standing legs. Then, after the caddie bag is fastened on the stretcher, while put down the caddie bag, the spring will puch the standing legs stretch out and make the stretcher stand up automatically. And lifting the caddie bag, the spring will pull the standing legs close to the pole automatically.
Both the plates on the upper part and the lower part of the main pole have holes to let a belt through for fastening the caddie bag.
The adjointing points between the standing legs and the main pole, andtheadjointing points between the standing legs and the spring are all movable.
