Abstract
A tank as above is provided with a sump of surface area less than that of the overall floor area of the tank by being formed with upstanding ribs. Sediment is drawn off from the region of the lowermost portion of the floor area preferably below the line 4 where intercommunicating channels are formed between the ribs. The sediment may be drawn off through a pipe communicating with a garden tap. Normal water services are drawn off above the line 3 of the top of the ribs. <IMAGE>

(6) Tap for garden or garage size of tank to suit requirements.
Claims
The object of this invention is to provide a cold water storage tank, that keeps its self clean, by simply turning on the garden or garage tap. All existing tanks of this type have to be cleaned out by hand, usually about once a year, its importance is that all water used in wash basins or baths or
W.Cs cisterns, would be clean water and without contamination.
