Abstract

207,048. Steenberg, R. Dec. 2, 1922. Clamping-devices. - In a cover for letters &c. having a clamping-device situated down the middle of one side B of the cover, the clamp comprises a metal strip A having tongued ends E, C, between which a band of elastic D is detachably secured. The strip A is held in position by passing it through slots in a grooved cardboard strip F which is then pasted to the cover.
