Abstract

205,499. Nachet, C. Oct. 12, 1922, [Convention date]. Drawings to Specification. Colour kinematography; three-colour and like systems.-An optical system for producing kinematographic colour-records comprises an achromatic lens divided into three equal sectors to form prisms which are placed with their apexes at the centre behind an objective of large diameter and focal length. The images are produced through colour filters on a film at least 0.06 meter wide, two being side by side and the third one above them. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) refers also to a lens divided into two parts and to the use of separate lenses for projecting the images. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
