Windscreens. - In a side windscreen for motor-vehicles of the kind having a flexible flap 12 projecting from its front edge, the flap is adapted for attachment to the front screen in such a manner that the latter may be adjusted to any desired inclination without disturbing the connection between the bar and front screen, the flap folding to permit the adjustment being made. In the arrangement shown a metal bar 14 is passed through a pocket 13 formed in the front edge of the flap 12 and is provided at its upper and lower ends respectively with a hookshaped projection 16 and a slotted projection 19 adapted to engage the upper edge and side of the front screen by a downward sliding movement. Alternatively, the lower end of the bar may be provided with a cranked portion adapted to engage the pin about which the front screen is hinged. The screen 2 is supported on the door or vehicle side by a pair of downwardly extending arms 5, which are attached to a metal frame 1 surrounding the celluloid 2 and rest in sockets 7. A fabric flap 3 strengthened by celluloid closes the gap between the bottom of the screen and the upper edge of the door or vehicle side, while at the same time allowing easy access to the door handle.
